The Hear to Lead Handbook is a five-part resource exploring the role of support groups in fostering community, connection, and emotional well-being. Designed with the Indian context in mind, the handbook examines the benefits of support groups, the challenges and opportunities of implementing them locally, and practical strategies for building sustainable support networks.

Through chapters such as Collective Catharsis: A Primer on Support Groups, Contextual Care: The Support Group in India, Crafting Kinship: Reaching Out, Spatial Support: In-Person vs. Online Support Groups, and Setting Up Support: Conducting the Support Group, the resource provides community leaders with a step-by-step framework for establishing and facilitating support groups.
