In June 2026, Hear to Lead conducted the Hear to Share session series at the Prajna Foundation, delivering five interactive workshops for students, organisers, and community leaders on the role of support groups in promoting individual and community wellbeing. The sessions introduced participants to the principles of peer support while exploring how support groups can be established and sustained within local communities.
Across the series, participants examined the benefits of support groups for cognitive and physiological health, community building, creative expression, and academic support. By combining evidence-based discussions with practical implementation strategies, Hear to Share sought to equip attendees with the knowledge and confidence to foster accessible, community-led support networks for both young people and adults.
The Hear to Hope Fundraiser was launched on the Milaap crowdfunding platform to raise financial support for the Prajna Foundation's mental health and community wellbeing initiatives. With a fundraising goal of INR 25,000 the campaign sought to mobilise public support for the Foundation's ongoing work in providing accessible mental health resources and fostering resilient, supportive communities.
All proceeds from the fundraiser were directed towards the Prajna Foundation's programmes, helping expand initiatives that promote the psychological wellbeing of students and the wider communities they serve. By combining grassroots fundraising with community engagement, Hear to Hope aimed to strengthen access to sustainable, community-based mental health support.
